Labor Day Weekend Activities
Whether you want to get one last weekend full of boating in before fall arrives or you want to do some back-to-school shopping and listen to some live music, the Lake of the Ozarks is the place to be for Labor Day Weekend! Here's a list of local events for you to check out while you're here:
A Contagious Labor Day Weekend: Aug 31 - Sept 2
Hop on over to the Horny Toad Entertainment Complex for a Contagious Labor Day Weekend! Contagious will keep the party going Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. They'll take the stage at 8 pm and play until 1 am.
Aaron Lewis Live in Concert: Sept 1
Ozarks Amphitheater is excited to welcome back Aaron Lewis! Doors open at 6 pm, and the concert starts at 7 pm. The Ozarks Amphitheater was recently voted #5 of the Best Live Music Venues in Missouri.
Hurricane Deck Lions Club Pancake Breakfast: Sept 1
Head over to the Lions Club in Laurie for their 2nd Annual Pancake Flip on Saturday, Sept. 1, from 7-11 am. Not only will they have pancakes, but you can also enjoy biscuits and gravy, sausage, milk, orange juice and coffee. Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children.
Labor Day Couples Golf Tournament: Sept 2-3
Old Kinderhook will be hosting a Labor Day Couples Golf Tournament on Sept. 2nd & 3rd. The entry fee is $400 per couple and includes 4 tournament rounds (2 per player), on-course events, tee gifts, dinner and dance, and Sunday night discounted rounds. Prizes will be awarded for multiple flights.
Fireworks at the Pool: Sept 2
The Inn at Grand Glaize will have a fireworks show on Sunday, Sept. 2nd. Watch the fireworks explode over the cove from the patio at JD Waddles Restaurant, and enjoy some late night refreshments.
