Welcome to Lakehurst Lodge on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.  What a unique property that is new to our program Summer of 2014!!

This comfortable 5 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home at the Lake of the Ozarks sits nestled along the shoreline among the trees and is just waiting for you to come and enjoy!

Main Level 

The main level features a lakeside dining room with deck access just off the kitchen, which includes all the amenities of home: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and flat top ceramic ange with built in ventilation system.  All you need is to bring your food!  The lakeside Living Room features leather furniture, fire place, deck access, flat screen TV and wireless internet.  There is also a main level bedroom that has a twin bed with trundle, guest bath and access to the garage. 

Upper and Lower Levels 

The Upper level features 2 bedrooms.  The Moose Room features a Queen sized bed, while the Ski Room features a King sized bed. Bedrooms share a full sized bathroom as well. 

The Lower Level features a lakeside Family Room with fireplace, deck access, comfortable furniture and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.  The lakeside Master Bedroom features a Queen sized bed and full sized bathroom.  Also on the Lower Level is the Laundry and Utility Room with sink and an additional Hideaway Bedroom with a Full sized bed.  

Outdoors 

Outdoors features a full sized deck off the main level with seating for 10 and a Lower Level deck with conversation seating.  

While there is no dock at this time, the owners are working on obtaining and installing a dock soon!  Key Largo is a great Lake of the Ozarks Family Vacation Rental that is perfect for your holiday vacation!!  The home is located just past State Road KK in Osage Beach and by water at the 28 mile marker. This executive style home has everything you could want and more! 

You will enjoy two full Master Suites featuring King beds, each with a private bath, large showers and walk-in closets. Two guest rooms one with a Queen bed and one with 2 Twin beds. You will also have a fax machine and high speed internet (wifi) available to keep you connected. Zoned heating and cooling throughout, a two car over sized garage, two covered decks, private dock, large swim platform and 2 covered boat slips complete this beautiful home.  Also in the dock locker you will find chairs, a refrigerator and other items for your use.

Located close to golf (The Oaks & Sycamore Creek), restaurants (Mexicali Blues & Michael's Steak Chalet), attractions (Big Surf) and shopping, including the 110 store outlet mall. 

From 8/18/13 to 12/31/13 there is a 3 night minimum with rentals beginning on any day of the week.

MAIN LEVEL:

• Living Room features TV, fireplace and wet bar complete with a 4 top table, bar stools, slider to deck access, mini fridge with ice maker, stereo and wine cooler. 
• Kitchen features a 2 top private table, desk area, and everything you will need in your kitchen - microwave, dishwasher, cook top with hood, double ovens, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, garbage disposal, pantry, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker and small espresso machine. 
• Formal Dining Room features a table big enough for 10 people comfortably and 2 buffets. 
• Sitting Room seats 5 and in cludes books, deck access and ceiling fan. Reading Room has seating for 4 for a private little place to relax and unwind with a good book with deck access. 
• King Bedroom #4 with sink, desk and flat screen TV - bathroom is just outside the door in the hallway. 

UPPER LEVEL:

• King Bedroom #1 complete with TV, fireplace, desk, seperate bathroom with marble walk-in shower and toilet, seperate sink room, walk-in closet and deck access with seating for 2. 
• King Bedroom #3 & Queen Bedroom #6 features plenty of closets and share a private bathroom with double sinks, toilet and tub/shower.  Bedroom #6 has deck access with seating for 2. 
• King Bedroom #2 has a TV, chair, deck access with seating for 2 and private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. 

LOWER LEVEL:

• Family Room features a flat screen TV, DVD Player, fireplace, seating for 6, bar with sink, 4 top table, old style telephone booth and 2 sliders opening out to the main deck.  Family Room also has access to half bath down the hall.  
• King Bedroom #5 features a TV, deck access with seating for 2, and private bath with sink, toilet and marble walk-in shower. 
• Bunk Room features 2 bunk beds that could stack down to 4 twin size beds, a sofa sleeper, flat screen TV and Wii Game Console.  This room does not have access to cable television.  
• Laundry Room is also located on this level with mop sink, water softener and drying rack.  

OUTDOOR:

• This home is a sun soakers dream!  It features a 6 person hot tub, towel drying rack, 6 top table with umbrella, couch lounging area with coffee table, lots of outdoor seating, standing umbrella, large outdoor concrete bar with 4 bar stools and mini refrigerator.  Each bedroom has it's own seating area as well.  

There is also a small 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment above the garage with walkways connected to the main home!  Unit is complete with full kitchen - dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and range - 2 top table, sofa, flat screen TV, 1 bathroom and 2 Queen Bedrooms!

You won't be disappointed with this home as it can sleep as many as 24 people.  This home is great for the ENTIRE family, small reunions or small weddings.  You just can't beat this view! This home rents from Friday to Friday for a week at a time.
