This four bedroom Falls townhouse is located on beautiful Horseshoe Bend right next to the Falls Condominiums off Carol Road.

You will enjoy plenty of room along with a big deck overlooking your private dock located in a large cove. The floor plan includes the main level featuring a master suite complete with a queen bed and a private bath, kitchen/dining area and the main living room with deck access.

The lower level features three bedrooms including an additional master suite with a private bath, laundry room and a family room. The lower level walks out to a small patio and the steps leading to the covered dock with two slips and a swim platform. The kitchen and main master bath feature granite counter tops, flat screen tv in the living room, large screen tv in the family room and a one car garage. Parking for a total of four cars.

This home is located close to the Blue Heron and JJ Twiggs restaurants, Season's Ridge Golf Course, the Bagnell Dam strip area and the new Eagle's Landing movie theater in Lake Ozark.

"We had a fantastic stay at the Lake. The townhouse was just what we needed for our family outing. The townhouse was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of room for all the adults in the 4 bedrooms. The inflatable mattress was a hit with the little ones. The accommodations were clean, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and the deck was great for watching the sunrise in the morning. The overall view was so relaxing. and soothing. Opportunity for improvement includes repairing a loose rail as you walk on to the porch, repair the torn screen door, replace the shower head in the common bathroom downstairs and there is a loose tile at the top of the stairs. Parking was challenging. In spite of the few opportunities, I would highly recommend this vacation house to others. Thanks to all who worked to make our stay an enjoyable one."
