Willmore Lodge
Perched on a wooded hillside north of Bagnell Dam, historic Willmore Lodge houses one of the best free attractions at the Lake of the Ozarks. This unique log building was completed in 1930, and is now preserved as a historic site. It houses the history of the Lake of the Ozarks region, telling stories of the Osage River, the monumental engineering project that became Bagnell Dam and the development of the Lake of the Ozarks, one of the largest man-made lakes in the country.

Description

Just the nostalgic Lake of the Ozarks cabin you have been looking for.  This 2 room waterfront cabin is extra cozy, so bring your sweetheart.  Located at the 1 mile marker by water in Lake Ozark near dining and shopping.

Great Room features a Full sized Futon, Smart flat screen TV for streaming, dining table for 4 and Kitchen.  Galley kitchen has a full sized stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, no dishwasher  but plenty of counterspace. Bathroom is located off of Great Room and has a standing shower. Bedroom features a Queen sized bed, closet, deck access and closed in Full sized Washer and Dryer.



Outside enjoy the extra large lakeside deck with a fantastic lake view.  If you are bringing a boat, the dock is located directly in front of the house.  Boat will be uncovered and tied to side of slip.  Dock includes a swim platform, paddle boat and slide for lake swimming.

Parking is limited to 1-2 mid-sized vehicles.  However, this home is located in the heart of Lake Ozark near the  nostalgic strip area full of restaurants, old time arcade, souvenier shops, Lake Escape, Celebration Cruise and Hot Summer Nights car show on the first Friday of every month during the summer.  This property is also located within minutes of 4 area professional golf courses.
